Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and take on primary responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent. Your role is to lead people, drive sales, maintain safety, and foster an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Help the store meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing operations, maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety by making sure all staff follows safety, security rules, and company policies.
