Job Description
Own features end-to-end on a product used by over 40,000 people. You'll work directly with Rashad, our CTO, building the core of Cleve: the editor, the AI layer, and the real-time infrastructure that holds it all together. Small team, no layers of approval, and your code reaches real users within days of writing it.
What you'll be doing
- Build and ship full-stack features from design to production
- Work on our AI layer: RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and context-aware agents
- Improve performance across our Next.js frontend and Convex backend
- Shape product decisions, not just implement them
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
- A track record of shipping full-stack features that real users depend on
- Strong product intuition. You care about what users actually feel, not just whether the code is correct
